Custodial Services
With over eight million square feet of building space to clean, and just under 2,500 bathrooms, the Facilities Management Custodial Services staff performs a critical function in providing clean and healthy facilities for our students, staff, faculty and guests. Custodial Services utilizes a team-cleaning approach and incorporates the latest sustainable technologies, which allows the highly trained custodial staff to be proactive in meeting the needs of our clients. Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM at (505) 277-1814 for Main Campus facilities.
For emergency services or questions at the Health Science Center (HSC) buildings please call (505) 272-0230. HSC Custodial office hours are Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM thru 4:00 PM.
After hours emergencies can be reported by calling (505) 277-2241.
